Course Content

Welcome & How This Works
Welcome to the team! This portal takes about 30–40 minutes. You'll read our key policies, watch two short training videos, answer quick knowledge checks, and confirm you've read and agree to each document. You'll get an automatic email once everything's done — so will HR. Progress is saved, so you can leave and come back anytime.

Company Policies
Please read the attached Code of Conduct in full — it covers expected behaviour with pupils and parents, use of company equipment, and our disciplinary procedure.

Safeguarding & Child Protection
This 12-minute video covers recognising signs of concern, our reporting procedure, and who to contact — our Designated Safeguarding Lead, [DSL Name], [dsl@lumaeducation.co.uk]. The 'Mark Complete' button unlocks once the video finishes playing.

Health & Safety
Covers fire exits, assembly points, and what to do in an emergency at your centre (Uxbridge / Lozells / Hounslow / Willesden — content varies by location).
